Blocker submittals

Once you have set up your project and clients etc on the dashboard, you can start to communicate with everyone on one system highlighting issue which have grown beyond an RFI and become an immediate issue that needs rectifying.   Export your Blocker tracker from the dashboard for effective communication on items outstanding and listed as closed out. This information should then be used by both the Principle and Sub Contractor to determine the effect on critical path.
